Consultations & Booking

Because every experience we create is thoughtfully customized, all bookings begin with a consultation. Consultations are always completely free!

They give us time to walk through your vision, explore package options, discuss add-ons, and make sure every detail feels aligned with what you’re dreaming up. During this time, we itemize everything together so you know exactly what is included. No guesswork. No surprises.

Once your details are finalized, you will receive a personalized invoice via email outlining your selected services.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and reserve your setup. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

This allows you to plan comfortably while knowing your experience is officially booked and taken care of.

Full payments are accepted at time of booking though, if desired.

Late Payments:

Invoices not paid by the due date may result in delays or cancellation of services. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we recommend completing payment by the listed deadlines so we can fully prepare your event.

Cancellations & Charges:

Because all setups are custom and dates are limited, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your booking, we are always happy to talk things through and will do our best to accommodate adjustments, when possible, based on availability.

Rain & Weather Policy:

We know weather can be unpredictable! To help avoid last-minute surprises, we have a “Call It by Noon” policy in place for outdoor events. If rain or inclement conditions are forecasted, we will touch base the morning of your event and monitor the weather until around noon.

If weather conditions are not suitable, you may reschedule once, free of additional charge, to a future available date within 90 days. This must be done promptly to ensure there are not any scheduling conflicts and/or deposit issues.

For safety and equipment protection, events may be postponed if conditions are deemed unsafe for setup.
